I know everyone likes to write about their "True Love" and I know a lot of people think they have found it, to be honest I didn't know I had this until after the hardship we had when our baby boy was born 3 months preemie, we went through a lot from the fights to the tears and to the mean words. I wrote this after our son passed away when he was 5 months old. This relationship has been to the bottom and up and only a "True Love" could surpass a child's death.

Forever

© Megan Goodin

I have took all I can bare,
Now I'm sitting here with this blank stare.
Love has got me blind,
And all l I wanted to find
Was someone to care
Sometimes I feel like nothing is there,
But I know how you really feel;
I know that this is real.
Through all the hurt and pain
I can still see through the rain.
We are meant for one another.
And there is no way we will be without each other.
You are my other half,
You're the one who can make me laugh
You're the one who makes me feel good inside
And you're the one I want to live beside!
There has been so much hurt and so many tears
But look we are still here;
And stronger than ever
And I can honestly say that this is forever.
